RESCHEDULE and CANCELLATION POLICY*:

For CCNA Bootcamps, CCNP Bootcamps and CCIE Written Bootcamps offered directly by Boson Training

Student substitutions are permitted at any time. Reschedules are permitted if notice is given 5 business days before the scheduled class. Enrollments must be rescheduled within six months of the original course date or funds on account will be forfeited. We require 10 business days’ notice to cancel any registration (and provide refund for pre-payment). Fees for software or other materials received by or ordered on behalf of the student are non-refundable.

Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge for the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without giving prior notification, the student’s funds will be forfeited and the student will not be allowed to reschedule.

For All Other Courses

We require 30 calendar days’ notice to reschedule or to cancel any registration (and provide refund for pre-payment). Enrollments must be rescheduled within one year of the original enrollment date or funds on account will be forfeited.Fees for software or other materials received by or ordered on behalf of the student are non-refundable. Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge for the course. Student substitutions are allowed at any time. After the 30-day notification deadline has passed, only student substitutions are allowed; no refunds will be given.

We keep the class size small to allow the instructor to provide individualized attention where needed.

You may take your certification exam when you are ready. We are a VUE testing center, and exams are offered on-site during Tampa courses. However, if you prefer to take the exam after your course, we will schedule it at a VUE testing center near you.

It is recommended that you bring a laptop with you so that you can continue to study in the evenings.

Substitutions can be made at no charge. Substitutions must be made one (1) business day before the class start. You must provide the name and contact information of the substitute, along with any amended payment information available, such as purchase order or credit card information.

We accept Cisco Learning Credits.

Exam vouchers that are included with a course are valid for one (1) year from the class start date.

Casual or business attire is acceptable.

The training courses are taught in a traditional instructor-led training format and are ideal for students learning the technology. This format allows time for the instructor to cover each topic with in-depth instruction providing the students with the information needed to master the subject-matter.

Bootcamps provide an intense, fast-paced learning environment. Bootcamps are a cost-effective way to provide high-quality training and instruction to intermediate/advanced students in a condensed time period.

A single-user license for Boson's related ExSim-Max practice exam and/or NetSim network simulator products will be included with some training courses. Once the registration is complete, each student will be able to immediately download the software product and start preparing for the upcoming class. The Boson NetSim Network Simulator is an application that simulates Cisco Systems' networking hardware and software and is designed to aid the user in learning the Cisco IOS command structure. Read more about NetSim.
