The Cisco Instructor Excellence Award recognizes outstanding CCSIs (Cisco Certified Systems Instructor) who provide the highest quality training experience and demonstrated best overall performance as measured by the student satisfaction surveys. These elite instructors are in the top 25% of CCSIs and are being recognized for delivering remarkable customer experience in each technology.

Sirius Top Quality Instructor Award

The “Sirius” Top Quality Instructor Award goes to the instructor that displays the highest customer evaluation scores in the Learning Partner Community. Sirius, known as the brightest star in the sky was presented to Bryan Baize. This instructor is identified as a “Shining Star” in the Learning Partner Community.

What I Do

• Have worked as an instructor and consultant in Computer Systems and Networking fields for over 25 years
• Am the Senior Technical Instructor for Boson
• Teach Boson’s classes in Routing and Switching, including CCIE written, CCNP and CCNA
• Train and certify new instructors as a certified proctor
• Develop the lab equipment topologies and write the lab books that go with them
• Have been teaching Cisco Networking for over 20 years, creating custom courseware for numerous server and networking courses
• Taught hundreds of IT Engineers from major Internet Service Providers, including AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Lucent, Avaya, Comcast and Charter; taught IT Engineers from smaller companies, adapting well to the different skill sets required to support small business or corporate enterprise

Do I Do Anything Besides IT?

When I am not in my favorite place, in front of the classroom, I can be found in front of a barbecue pit cooking or in the shop making a variety of things. I consider myself one of the fortunate few who have found their true calling in life, and I show that passion in each of my classes.
