staff is professional in the dealing with me from beginning to end Learning environment was clean and quite.

Still working through the practice exams. They will help with repetition. Not everything taught is used in my day to day job.

Great course, great instructor and great facilities.

Bryan delivers a wealth of knowledge, both from the official Cisco literature and his personal experiences in the field. The staff are friendly and relaxed, and the training facility is clean and comfortable. Top notch in my book. The CCNP boot camp covers a lot of material and moves at a good pace. I recommend spending some time preparing in advance and would definitely seek out IT training here again.

I do not feel like anything was lost being an online course.

This was a good course and the instructor provided good insight into the course.

Boson was amazing. The facility and staff in Tampa really made the course a great learning experience. They made sure I had all the tools I needed to get through the course, as well as were friendly and easy going. The instructor was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and not boring. Great real life discussions and examples were provided to explain concepts. Staff at the training site were also very good, ensuring everything was in place to have a successful course. I would highly recommend this instructor, and this training centre to other staff members seeking Cisco training.

Great training, difficult to fully grasp all the material in such a short period of time and quick pace. Trainer was very good and knowledgeable.

I have absolutely no negative comments. Mr. Baize is knowledgeable on the subjects that he teaches and provided advice for taking the CCNP exam as well as advice for enhancing productivity at work. I have never met an instructor like Mr. Baize. For all future training I will request Mr. Baize to be the instructor.

Instructor was highly skilled and competent. Appropriately difficult with outstanding expertise in support of the CCNP exam.

Excellent instruction and focus on the material for exam prep. I would recommend this instructor led course to peers and colleagues.

Love the location and environment. I think it would of been better If they added a additional day after each course for exam prep/study time.

I passed the routing, switching and Troubleshooting exams during the 11 days of training.

The more you put into preparation and skill the better the experience.

Excellent and knowledgeable instructor

I absolutely enjoyed the online format of the course, as I received all the benefits of being on site, without having to incur lodging and airline costs. Bryan is an excellent instructor. He takes time to ensure his students understand the material being presented and his technical knowledge and expertise in computer networking is amazing.

The class was well run and informative to help me prepare for the Certification, however the ExSim software for practice tests was out of date and gave me false security when testing.

The online course had issues with lab access, but it worked in the end.

Bryan is an excellent instructor, and in my opinion, the greatest value from this class comes in the form of real life examples given as we progressed on reviewing each technology and potential usages in the real world. Knowing how the technology works is great, but knowing when and where to apply the pieces is the magic that makes the difference after having the certification. The class is very effective and the overall quality is very high, I would definitely recommended to my colleagues and will included it on the training plan for my team.

Online via WebEx Meeting Center but using training center would have been a better experience with breakout rooms to work with a lab partner.

The class overall was excellent and intuitive. I however have discovered that I need to learn a lot more before I begin advancing my career. I plan on continuing studying the materials provided to me in the class and then take my test. I will keep in touch so that I will be able to use the voucher provided. Thank you!

Bryan Baize was great. Always welcomed questions about anything and knew his stuff. I would certainly take another course from him.

Labs and simulations in Troubleshooting were very effective.

I learned a lot and was well prepared for testing.

The class is very fast pased, so you need to be very familiar with all of the topics before attending to get the most from the classes.
